Become an Oven-a-Month Partner
The cost to Solar Oven Partners for materials, shipping and the expense of the two-day seminar in which every oven recipient must participate comes to $150 per oven. Churches, and even some individuals, give this amount every month, or $1,800 in a calendar year.
Suggestions: Have different groups in your church each take responsibility for one month: UMW, Men’s Breakfast Club, Youth Group, Bible Study Class…Or, do one big fundraiser and make a single Oven-a-Month donation. Whatever works best in your situation. Use the Oven-a-Month level to challenge yourselves!
